Tet Nguyen Dan (The Festival of the First Day)
Location: Across Vietnam
Dates: Lunar New Year
Tet -a festival that ushers in the New Year and is by far the most important and celebrated day on the national calendar and its rituals begin 7days before New Year’s Day. Throughout Vietnam, the first three days belonging to the New Year are considered as official holidays, but this fails to deter the spirit of tourists who want to steep their senses in local flavors , cultures, traditions, songs and dances linked with the festival -be there!
International Ice and Snow Festival
Location: Zhaolin Park and Sun Island Park in Haerbin, China
Dates: 5th January-29th February

Carnaval de Québec (Winter Carnival)

Dates: Late January to the mid weeks of February
