Most journeys begin and end in Marrakech which is the vibrant yet chaotic city with its souks, ancient buildings and the famed Jamaa el Fna. You will want to make sure that you have enough time to explore all of Marrakech to really absorb the atmosphere of this city. No trip is complete without getting lost in the winding streets of the Medina after sipping on some fresh mint tea with some of the local traders. In the evening, watch the sunset from one of the rooftop bars and then head to the Jamaa el Fna to sample some local Moroccan cuisine and enjoy the circus of performers that entertain passers by all email. To escape the chaos of the city stay in one of the hotels near Marrakech and you can escape to the heights of the Atlas Mountains with its impressive Berber villages or head to the lovely fishing port of Essaouira and make sure to taste the delightful Moroccan cuisine.
