That been said, New York City has been the gate to the US and North America since old times when Ellis Island was the landing space for the massive immigration back in a day. These days when visiting the US, instead of focusing on only one city or one destination, multi-centre holiday had become more popular among many visitors. So when coming to the United States, many will plan, for example, a New York multi-center holiday instead of focusing only on one destination.
